Hello. I have found a passion in helping people and organizations find each other and I would love an opportunity to help you. For the past four years I have continued my professional development in the area of Recruiting after spending thirteen years in Retail Industry leadership and sixteen years leading a household of my husband and three daughters. Over that time, I have developed a knack of working with company executives, hiring managers and candidates to align common goals and objectives. 

Before starting nountalent, I led recruiting for the Fusheng Group Divisions of FS-Curtis and FS- Elliott in North America . I have had the pleasure of placing ninety-two candidates within these organizations over a three-year time span and have an 87% retention success rate. I feel my expertise extends to helping companies find talent with diverse backgrounds and opportunities to unlock employee potential for small and medium sized businesses. I have worked in areas of Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, Engineering, Operations and Administration from entry level up to Senior Leadership.
